Hace unos dias subí un comentario en el post de Solaria sobre el nuevo avance en placas fotovoltaicas... las refrigeran con agua y en verano rinden un 20% mas. Mandíé un correo a dyesol para preguntarles si tal avance podria aplicarse a las DSC y me han contestado hoy :024:

As I understand it, the new technology is based on covering the solar cells with a de-ionisation transparent liquid directly in contact with the wafers, which leads to reduction the wafer's temperature and increase in the effective angular capture.
Since DSC has much less efficiency loss at temperatures above 25 degrees C than silicon technology, it is most likely that the economics of TLD on DSC are not so attractive. None-the-less, we are considering setting up a business unit on combined PV and thermal, and in this case could consider this technology, and I will pass on your suggestion to the business development manager we plan to appoint to lead this work.
